Raised in a modest household, Neal embodies the American Dream as a truly self-made entrepreneur. Since forming Schulte & Uhrig, CPAs as the founding partner in 1982 and Schulte Financial Group, LLC in 2003, Neal has maintained his belief in charging less and educating more. He has a natural talent for utilizing prudent investments, an aptitude for numbers, and a passion for helping people.

Neal graduated with a B.A. in Accounting from Xavier University. He completed all coursework at the University of Cincinnati for a Masters of Taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Personal Financial Specialist, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and an LPL registered investment advisor associate. Neal serves on the board of directors of several Cincinnati corporations. Neal is a Registered Principal of LPL Financial.

Neal believes in a simple solution to financial independence, "make more or spend less." He helps his clients work toward spending less on insurance costs, taxes, fees, and overheads. He helps his clients strive to make more by investing wisely and prudently as well as assisting business owners with decisions in operations.

Neal rarely says “no” to a new experience. He enjoys traveling, photography, ballroom dancing, bodybuilding, power-lifting, and boating.
